By using PlataStar you accept these conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service or send information through its forms. PlataStar is operated by Liberty Design Studio. This English version is provided for convenience; if it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
1. What PlataStar does
PlataStar publishes listings of non-residential real estate in Paraguay: offices, coworking, retail, warehouses, land and farms, hotels and buildings. It organizes that information and offers tools to search, compare and make contact. It is not a real estate agency, broker, owner, buyer, seller, landlord or tenant, and it does not represent any party to a transaction. Homes are listed on PlataPlace.
2. Listing information
Prices, areas, availability, location, photos, building fees, building class and other details are entered by advertisers or come from other sources, and can change or contain errors. The date and source are shown when available, but they are not a certification.
Values we calculate from listings (price per m², medians, estimated workstations, inferred class) are references, and we mark them as estimated. Market data reflects asking prices, not the prices of closed deals. They are not appraisals or offers.
Before reserving, paying or signing, verify with the advertiser and with licensed professionals the identity, ownership, documents, area, permitted uses and licences, taxes, building fees and contract terms.
3. Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful purposes related to searching for or listing real estate. You may not:
- Submit false, misleading or illegal information, or information that infringes third-party rights.
- Try to bypass access controls, usage limits or security measures.
- Interfere with the service, automate abusive requests or redistribute its content in bulk.
- Use contact details from listings or requirements for spam, fraud, discrimination or unsolicited activity.
4. Account and listings
You need an account to save favorites, get email alerts or publish. You sign in with Google or a passkey; you are responsible for the devices and accounts you use to sign in.
By publishing you declare that you have the right to offer the property and use its photos, and that the details are correct. We review every listing before publishing it and may ask for changes, reject it or take it down if it is misleading, duplicated or no longer available. Listings run for 90 days, and you can renew, pause or mark them as leased or sold from your account. Publishing is free. Publishing a listing does not guarantee that you will receive inquiries.
5. Requirements
On the requirement page you can tell us what space you need. If you tick the box to share it, brokerages on a paid plan see the requirement and the contact details you entered, and may write to you. If you do not tick it, we share it with no brokerage. PlataStar does not guarantee that you will receive proposals and takes no part in what you agree with whoever contacts you. 6. Plans and advertising
Searching and listing are free. There are paid plans to feature a listing for a period, plans for brokerages, agencies and owners (verified profile, inquiry inbox, requirements board, better placement and analytics), featured buildings and advertising placements. Sponsored and featured results are labeled as such. A plan improves visibility but does not guarantee inquiries, viewings, leases or sales.
Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and are charged through Stripe. Liberty Design Studio, which operates PlataStar, collects the payment. A one-time plan covers the period shown and does not renew. A monthly plan renews every month until you cancel; cancel any time from the subscription management link in your account, and the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid. How long each plan lasts, what it includes and any special conditions are shown on the plans page before you pay and are part of the purchase.
7. Withdrawal and refunds
You can cancel a purchase within 10 calendar days of paying, without giving a reason, and we refund the full amount to the same payment method, using thecontact form. If a listing with a paid plan is not approved in review, we also refund the full payment.
8. Availability and liability
We may modify, suspend or withdraw features and listings to keep the service secure, correct data or meet obligations. To the extent permitted by law, PlataStar is not liable for the accuracy of what advertisers enter, for decisions or transactions between users and third parties, or for damages arising from information that should have been verified with the source. This does not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
9. Changes and contact
