How it works
We gather the supply
We read the listings published by brokerages and operators, plus those owners upload directly to PlataStar.
We check it every day
We revisit every source daily. When a listing is withdrawn it leaves the results; when its price changes, the change stays in its history.
You compare with numbers
Every listing shows area, total price and price per m². Every building gathers its available suites by floor, and the market pages show each area’s median asking rent.

Frequently asked questions
Is PlataStar a brokerage?
No. We organize listings published by brokerages, operators and owners. To visit or negotiate, you contact whoever published the listing directly.
How much does it cost?
Searching, saving favorites, getting alerts and listing a space are free. Paid plans are available to promote listings and for brokerages.
What do the market figures mean?
They are asking values taken from active listings, not closing prices. We show the median and the number of listings behind it; with fewer than three listings we publish no figure.
What is office class A, B or C?
When the listing states it, we show it as stated. When it does not, we estimate it from building data (age, elevators, security, generator, raised floor) and mark it as estimated.
Which currency are prices shown in?
US dollars, unless you pick pesos at the top right. We convert at the day’s blue dollar rate, and when a listing was posted in the other currency we also show its original price.
