Cancel a purchase
You can cancel the purchase of a plan within 10 calendar days of paying, without giving a reason (Law 24,240, section 34, and Resolution 424/2020 of the Secretariat of Domestic Trade).
Fill in the form with the email you paid with and, if you have it, the listing or profile the plan was for. You get a request code by email right away, and we refund the full amount to the same card. A listing stays published for free.
